Sales Support

Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Sales or related position.
• Target Oriented and Tech savvy
• Have a good public speaking and communication skill
• Familiar with google workspace/microsoft office and sales tools

Responsibilities:

• Prepare proposals, cooperation letters, and invoices for customers.
• Sending broadcasts to customers.
• Assist in contacting leads by phone to offering products and follow up customer.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, phone, or in-person.
• Provide information about products, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
• Communicate important feedback from clients internally.
