Job Description:

  1. Conceptualize and manage demand-driving strategy, executive, and creating events involving influencers & KOLs
  2. Create KOL strategies for Pitch Deck
  3. Manage Influencer Management and Related Activities, including talent, buzzer communities, and homeless media to execute campaigns aligned with client goals.
  4. Construct end-to-end full-scale key-influencer campaigns that support brand initiatives, objectives, and KPI
  5. Provide creative direction and ensure content looks good.
  6. Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, tailored to the target audience.
  7. Collaborate with team members to initiate and execute different promotional campaigns.
  8. Create a buzzing timeline, budget allocation, buzzing frequency, SPK, remind buzzing schedule, check buzzing content, and help to finalize buzzer invoice after the campaign is finished.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field, with at least 1-2 years of experience in a related role, preferably in KOL Strategic/Specialist, Influencer Management.
  2. Proven experience in advertising agencies or media, with strong knowledge of influencer marketing trends and regulations.
  3. Creative mindset and critical thinking to develop innovative strategies and solve problems effectively.
  4. Strong time and task management, able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
