Job Description:

Strategic Project Management is responsible for driving business initiative in developing new business models in CIMB Niaga and overseeing strategy and project portfolio including digitalization, innovative strategy to improve current business process or customer experience, and co-branding initiatives.

Job Description (heading) / Description Du Poste (titre)

  • Assisting supervisor for building new business model in current partnership, including business target settings, sales process and strategically plan for the key sales driver on each new business model.
  • Create, plan and monitoring initiatives and ideas for growing the new bancassurance business model.
  • Coordinating to digital & IT team from both parties (Sun Life and CIMB Niaga) for any digital projects for current business model related to business improvement for sales team and customers.
  • Led cross functional teams in executing projects and maintain strong partnership with key stakeholders which involving Regional Office (RO) team and Senior Management from Sun Life and CIMB Niaga
  • Deliver both routine and ad-hoc update/ deck for Golden Steerco Meeting, other RO update, and monthly digital meeting.

  • Project management skill, with experience in agile project management as a plus
  • Mass market bancassurance/partnership model
  • Bancassurance business models and regulatory landscape
  • Customer-first mindset
  • Experience in designing and delivering initiatives in customer experience and digital
  • Proficient in providing the update through attractive slide and well delivery to management team

Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)

  • S1 graduate
  • Min 1 year of in-depth bancassurance experience, focusing on project management, distribution and solution delivery
  • Ex-start up or insurance-technology industry
  • Project management skill, with experience in agile project management as a plus
  • Experience in designing and delivering initiatives in customer experience, product and digital
  • Astute stakeholder management, both internally within the organization and across with business partners
