We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and optimizing ad campaigns to achieve KPIs such as increased conversions, ROI, and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization to improve ad performance.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates, etc.).
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid ads strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Analyse campaign data and prepare reports with actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and paid search strategies.
- Manage budgets and ensure effective spending allocation to maximize ROI.
Hiring Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong understanding of online marketing concepts, including SEM, display ads, retargeting, and paid social media.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other advertising tools.
- Solid experience in data analysis, campaign reporting, and optimization for performance metrics.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and setting up remarketing campaigns.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly explain data-driven insights and strategies.
Skills & Competencies:
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong knowledge of keyword research, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience working with budget management and maximizing ad spend efficiency.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing campaign performance.
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and pixel implementation is a plus.
