We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and optimizing ad campaigns to achieve KPIs such as increased conversions, ROI, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization to improve ad performance.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates, etc.).
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid ads strategies with overall marketing goals.
  • Analyse campaign data and prepare reports with actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and paid search strategies.
  • Manage budgets and ensure effective spending allocation to maximize ROI.

Hiring Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Strong understanding of online marketing concepts, including SEM, display ads, retargeting, and paid social media.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other advertising tools.
  • Solid experience in data analysis, campaign reporting, and optimization for performance metrics.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and setting up remarketing campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly explain data-driven insights and strategies.

  • Strong knowledge of keyword research, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and pixel implementation is a plus.
