Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations with a focus on sourcing, and procurement for pharmaceutical or medical products.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supplier reliability while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Lead vendor management activities, including supplier selection, negotiation, contract management, and ongoing performance monitoring.
  • Create and manage production plans aligned with inventory levels, demand forecasts, and production capacity to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Ensure supply chain processes adhere to standards and ISO quality standards.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth and compliant supply chain operations.
  • Optimize inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, minimizing stock-outs, and reducing excess inventory.
  • Utilize ERP systems to drive procurement planning, inventory control, and reporting.
  • Analyze key metrics and KPIs to make data-driven decisions and continually improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor team members, driving continuous improvement in procurement and inventory control practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, with a focus on Sourcing and Procurement
  • Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, hospital supply chains, or medical startups is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, supplier qualification, and contract negotiation within regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical/healthcare regulations.
  • Proficiency in production planning, material requirements planning (MRP), and inventory management.
  • Expertise with ERP systems and other supply chain management tools.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across functions and with external partners.
