PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk, formerly PT Bank Yudha Bhakti Tbk, is an Indonesia-based company primarily engaged in the banking business. The Company operates as a technology-based bank. The Company serves customers in the Small and Medium Business (SME), Retail (Consumer), and Mass Market segments, through banking products and services embedded in an ecosystem by optimizing technology.

Job Description:

1. Prepare company publication materials, such as but not limited to press releases, presentations, and other communication materials
2. Monitor, recapitulate reports, and conduct analysis of capital market activities
3. Prepare competitor analysis, financial statements, financial modeling
4. Actively involve in preparation of annual reports
5. Manage conferences, investor meetings and other company agendas (for example: analyst briefings, public exposes)
6. Building and establishing relationships with various types of investment communities (broker, financial institution, fund management, etc.)
7. Monitor sustainability issues and provide assistance in the communication process related to sustainability issues
8. Manage investor relations content on the company website
9. Providing assistance in preparing shareholder analysis

Requirements:

1. Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, or related fields
2. Have around 5-8 years of work experience in the same field
3. Excellent in building relationships both internally and externally
4. Proficient in making presentation including its story theme
5. Understanding in finance (and accounting will be plus point)
6. Fluency in English
7. Possesses good integrity and positive attitude
8. Experience in banking industry is a plus
