  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an F&B Guest Relation Supervisor at Grün Resorts in Uluwatu. The Supervisor will be responsible for managing guest relations, communication, customer service, reservations, and front office operations on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • Guest Relations, Communication, and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Reservations and Front Office operations
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Previous experience in hospitality industry
  • Relevant degree or certification in Hospitality Management
