Responsible for all administrative processes of the IT team, as well as creating reports & documentation using Excel Macro Automation functions, operators of applications used by Trive Invest employees such as Atlassian Jira, Budgeting & Office 365 Apps, Developing applications needed to support the work of the IT team, & as the last layer in helping to handle problems experienced by end users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance for software applications, addressing and resolving issues promptly
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve application issues, often involving root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
  • User Support: Assist end-users by providing guidance and resolving their application-related queries.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to enhance application performance and implement system upgrades.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures and application maintenance.
  • Performed data collection on IT work devices especially in asset internal.
  • Performed Excel Formula, and AI involves streamlining tasks to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Operating Systems: Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting applications on Windows, Linux, or UNIX systems.
  • Application Monitoring Tools: Knowledge of monitoring tools like The Dude, Jira, Grafana, or Nagios for system monitoring and performance checks.
  • Scripting Languages: Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python) to automate tasks and troubleshoot issues.
  • Basic Networking: Understanding of network fundamentals (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls) to help troubleshoot connectivity issues.
  • Excel Automation: Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, VBA (Visual Basic for Applications), and familiarity with Power Query and Power BI.
  • Word Automation: Experience with Word macros, templates, and VBA scripting.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and fix application issues efficiently.
  • Ability to assess system logs, analyze root causes, and provide solutions to complex problems.
  • Experience: Typically, 1-3 years of experience in application support, administration, or a related IT role.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical issues effectively to both technical and non-technical users.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work well in cross-functional teams with developers, system administrators, and business stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Managing multiple incidents or tasks efficiently and prioritizing based on business impact.
