Sosplan is currently looking for a Strategic Individual with experience in managing a comprehensive range of digital marketing channels (360-digital marketing) and tactics for clients’ strategic marketing, brand, and business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4+ years with digital strategy/digital marketing experience, having experience in an agency environment will be a plus
  • Experienced in a client – facing role
  • Creative, passionate, and fast learner, with a positive can – do attitude
  • Demonstrable track record in delivering campaigns with proven success
  • Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote
  • Have a broad knowledge about advertising and market research
  • Solid experience in managing experience with digital advertising in major social media platforms and platform – specific strategy
  • Strong client communication skills (insight, analysis, and program reporting)
  • Superior interpersonal skills to work closely with other team members and client
  • Having certification in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc. will be a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Measure, analyze, and report on growth – with insights and best practices to optimize performance
  • Providing intel + recap on the performance of clients’ programs, ensuring optimization and growth based on the KPI
  • Participating on new client pitch strategy in relation to social and digital tactics/elements
  • Develop, implement, and optimize advanced digital strategies (strong focus on Google Ads, Social Media Ads and Programmatic Ads)
  • Coordinate all related functions to complete all projects that meet expected quality and finish in timely manner
  • Produce & supervise digital strategy, campaign/activities, design, content, technology, media, influencers, brand/industry trends & benchmarks activities
  • Deep dive into analytics to identify gaps in account performance and make recommendations for improvement
  • Produce clear and concise digital strategic and reports that clients understand and value
  • Monitor & take initiative throughout production & publishing process to ensure all deliverables are strategically aligned
  • Provide digital project consultancy as needed for clients
