Modinity group is looking for Talent Acquisition Manager to join our ever growing and agile team! In this position, you will have direct responsibilities to make sure that every talent is the right fit for our organization. Great analytical thinking and keen eyes for details will help you in talent selection. Excellent communication skill will be your tools to dig deeper into the candidates competencies as well as coordinating with user and management. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be expected to manage the TA team and think strategically on improvements to help increase efficiency and making sure that every talent have great experience throughout recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing up to talent onboarding.
  • Headhunting for top talent using various job portals.
  • Enhance the employer brand to attract top talent by optimizing online activations and collaborative initiative with education institution and career fairs.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with outsourcing, universities, and other talent pipelines to ensure a diverse and robust candidate pool.
  • Developing and maintain Cost per Hire (CPH) to formulate hiring strategy.
  • Maintaining recruitment dashboard and formulate monthly hiring report.
  • Analyze recruitment data to develop improvement strategy for talent acquisition in order attracting high quality candidates and increasing hiring efficiency.
  • Work closely with user and cross functionally to ensure successful project execution and alignment.

Requirement:

  • Minimum bachelor degree (S1) from Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Talent Acquisition and 2 years in leadership position.
  • Experienced in handling blue collar mass recruitment, including manufacturing position and sales associates.
  • Highly experienced in handling niche and high-level position, especially managerial and up.
  • Excellent communication skill and keen eye for details.
  • Analytical and strategical thinking in order to bring improvement.
  • Strong grit and perseverance in handling challenge.
  • Team management skill, able to manage and develop team member.
  • Familiarity with psychological testing tools is a great plus point.
  • Having experience in handling ATS tools and job platform is a must.
  • Willing to travel when required.
  • Good command in English is a must (Min. TOEFL: 500)
