Job Description:

1. Manage and oversee project sales activities, including client acquisition, account management, and relationship building.

2. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the construction, civil engineering, architectural, and building materials industries.

3. Create and deliver presentations using PowerPoint to communicate project and product details to clients and stakeholders.

4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

5. Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and provide client feedback to improve products and services.

6. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals through proactive sales efforts and effective client engagement.

7. Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress toward targets.

8. Actively participate in training and development programs to stay updated on product knowledge.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Mechanical, or Electrical fields.

2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the architectural, civil, building materials, construction, or mechanical/electrical industries.

3. Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken) are highly preferred.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, and capable of creating professional presentations.

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and build relationships.

6. Driven, target-oriented, and enthusiastic about achieving sales goals.

7. Possess a valid driver’s license and ability to commute or travel as needed.

8. Strong computer literacy and the willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new products and technologies.

9. Highly motivated with a proactive attitude and a passion for sales.
