Position: Digital Inside Sales

Working Hours: 8AM - 5PM

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer interactions via phone calls, emails, live chats, and social media messages.

- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

- Assist customers with service-related concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions.

- Manage customer complaints and implement retention strategies to minimize churn, retain existing customers, and enhance loyalty.

- Utilize retention and save techniques to retain and win back Business Services customers who are considering downgrading or disconnecting services.

- Be flexible and adaptable to work across all shifts according to business needs.

Qualifications:

- Open to individuals without prior experience.

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of relevant work or industry experience.

- Strong ability to quickly assess and understand customers' problems and needs.

- Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing daily responsibilities efficiently.

- Proficient in computer skills with a solid understanding of MS Office.

- Possess a client-focused mindset, patience, and excellent communication skills.

- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when required.

- Proficient in English, both written and spoken, at a communicative level.

- A strong team player.

- Familiarity with basic call quality tools is an advantage.

- Eager to learn and excel in creative problem-solving.

- Deep understanding of cultural contexts in the supported user countries.
