Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, phone, or chat.
  • Provide product information and recommendations.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures.
  • Serve as a dedicated liaison between the organization and online community stakeholders.
  • Design and implement strategies to encourage community involvement and participation.
  • Work with marketing and graphic design teams to create engaging content for customer engagement.
  • Enhance brand loyalty and reputation by actively listening to community feedback and responding to concerns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of e-commerce customer service experience.
  • High level of empathy and passion for community building.
  • Cultural competence and sensitivity to the needs and perspectives of diverse communities across Indonesia.
  • Proficient with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and WhatsApp for Business.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with customers and team members.
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and make necessary adjustments.
