Job Descriptions:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, social media in a timely and professional manner
  2. Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  3. Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the company's policies and procedures

Job Functions:
