Role Description

We are a company specializing in the production of ready-mix concrete and precast materials, and we are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Management Staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the supply chain flow of raw materials from suppliers to the production process.
  • Plan, supervise, and coordinate the procurement of raw materials such as cement, aggregates, and additives for ready-mix concrete and precast production.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure material availability aligns with production schedules.
  • Optimize storage and material transportation systems to minimize waste and delays.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate prices and contracts.
  • Coordinate the transportation of concrete products to clients, ensuring time and cost efficiency.
  • Maintain and monitor raw material inventory levels, and prepare monthly inventory reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and logistics providers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Have work experience in supply chain management, preferably in the construction or building materials industry (experience in ready-mix concrete and precast is a plus).
  • Freshgraduate are welcome
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills in inventory planning and control.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
