Responsibilities
- Ensure manpower planning fulfillment
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Source and identify the right candidates by utilizing relevant channels which include: job-board, LinkedIn, referral, etc
- Conduct reference check for selected candidates
- Ensure the completion of employment documents for all new hires
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Psychology
- At least 1 year of working experience in Recruitment with broad knowledge and skill in psychological assessment tools
- Detail oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Target oriented
- Strong decision-making skills
- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
- Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
