  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Minimum Requirement:

1. Have a Bachelor Degree of Accounting, Finance, or a similar course, or 1-3 years of relevant experience in a start-up/fast paced environment or within the payments, fintech, or financial services spaces

2. Basic verbal and written communication skills in English

3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Especially Excel with PIVOT, LOOKUP, and other formula related to data process

4. Reconciliation skills will be a big plus for this position

5. You are detail oriented, can see patterns in data/information or notice when something is amiss

6. Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Google Script, Excel Macro/VBA or Power Automate) will be a big plus

Repsonsibilities:

1. To operate and manage day-to-day reconciliation activities and function

2. To forecast and monitor cash flow related to business financial activities

3. To maintain internal/external coordination related to reconciliation function

4. To prepare and provide accurate reconciliation data for accounting team

5. To prepare and provide periodic reports in regards with reconciliation activities

6. To support bank channelling and integration related to business function

7. To support other task related to business financial activities
