Responsibilities:

• Manage full-candidate lifecycle process from hiring manager intake to candidate acceptance.
• Actively build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates through various recruiting and sourcing methods.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates during and outside of the hiring process.
• Market qualified candidates to new and existing clients.
• Effectively screen, interview, and assess candidates to determine fit for client needs.
• Perform reference, background checks, and manage candidate data in ATS.
• Guide the hiring process to meet the needs of the client while ensuring that roles are filled timely.
• Collaborate with Account Management teams to ensure effective delivery for clients’ needs.
• Generate and share leads with Business Development team from interviews with candidates and client managers to increase sales.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Able to work with a sense of urgency and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience.
• Proven success achieving and/or exceeding performance goals.
• Detailed, organized, and adaptable.
• Prioritize and possess excellent time management skills.
• Work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships.
