Responsibilities:
- Manage full-candidate lifecycle process from hiring manager intake to candidate acceptance.
- Actively build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates through various recruiting and sourcing methods.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates during and outside of the hiring process.
- Market qualified candidates to new and existing clients.
- Effectively screen, interview, and assess candidates to determine fit for client needs.
- Perform reference, background checks, and manage candidate data in ATS.
- Guide the hiring process to meet the needs of the client while ensuring that roles are filled timely.
- Collaborate with Account Management teams to ensure effective delivery for clients’ needs.
- Generate and share leads with Business Development team from interviews with candidates and client managers to increase sales.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Able to work with a sense of urgency and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience.
- Proven success achieving and/or exceeding performance goals.
- Detailed, organized, and adaptable.
- Prioritize and possess excellent time management skills.
- Work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships.
