Job Descriptions:
1. Develop social media strategies and set goals to increase brand awareness and increase engagement
2. Manage all company social media platforms
3. Plan and create content plans and social media campaigns and submit them to the team
4. Plan content needed for sales and ongoing promotions
5. Coordinate with the DKV team to meet all social media content needs and monitor the quality of content that will be uploaded to social media accounts
6. Monitor and report the performance of each brand's social media
7. Assist with all Marketing Activation activities, events and campaigns
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum education of S1 Communication Science / Marketing
2. Minimum experience of 1 - 2 years as a social media specialist
3. Have in-depth knowledge of social media content creation & social media marketing
4. Skilled in relevant software and platforms for social media management
5. Have strong communication, creative, multitasking and analytical thinking skills
6. Having knowledge of the skin care or beauty industry is an added value
