Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Executive at Fiftwin Design Strategist in Tangerang. The Project Executive will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources, communicating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design / Architecture
  • Proficient and able to apply AutoCAD 2D & 3D, SketchUp, Illustrator Vray, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator (AI) and lumion software
  • Project Management, Time Management, and Budgeting skills
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to Coordinate and Manage Multiple Projects
  • Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities
  • Attention to Detail and Organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Interior Architecture and Design principles
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
