Senior Finance & Accounting Officer

We are looking for Senior Finance & Accounting Officer to oversee accounting operations, manage fixed assets, conduct financial analysis, ensure compliance, and handle payroll.

Location: Jakarta

Job Requirement

• Min. bachelor's degree in accounting
• Min. 7 years of relevant working experience
• Understanding in Tax & Accounting
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial management system.
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Training/certification in Tax, ERP (preferably SAP), and Microsoft is preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English speaking Having experience in Manufacturing company is preferred

Job Descriptions

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial integrity.
• Knowledge of capitalization
• Maintenance of fixed asset register
• Physical count of fixed asset register
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate and manage external audits, including preparing necessary documentation and responding to audit findings.
• Implement and monitor compliance with financial policies and procedures

• Good & Working Knowledge of Art 21 regulation Payment of tax every month
• Filling e SPT on monthly basis
• Filling yearly e SPT and issuance of buktipotong to employees.
• Liaisoning with bank and maintain good relationship
• Payment through net banking
• Vendor Payment
