Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process for factory employees, including interviews and candidate selection.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and develop KPIs for employees.
  • Ensure that all employee data is updated and properly managed within the HRIS or employee management software.
  • Manage the leave, overtime, and attendance systems to ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in HR roles, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in human resource management.
  • Good communication and leadership skills, as well as conflict management abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills in managing employee data and making strategic decisions.
  • Ability to design and manage employee training and development programs.
  • Creativity and innovation in designing effective employee policies and programs.
