Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process for factory employees, including interviews and candidate selection.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and develop KPIs for employees.
- Ensure that all employee data is updated and properly managed within the HRIS or employee management software.
- Manage the leave, overtime, and attendance systems to ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Handle employee complaints, internal issues, and potential conflicts within the factory environment.
- Design training programs to enhance employees' skills and competencies.
- Manage salary structures and benefits, as well as incentive systems for employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in HR roles, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in human resource management.
- Good communication and leadership skills, as well as conflict management abilities.
- Strong analytical skills in managing employee data and making strategic decisions.
- Ability to design and manage employee training and development programs.
- Creativity and innovation in designing effective employee policies and programs.
