Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Board of Directors
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and other events
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and minutes
- Communicate with board members, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for board members
- Complete a variety of administrative tasks, including data and file management
Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or other related field
- At least 3 years of experience providing administrative support to high-level executives or Boards of Directors
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work with Microsoft Office and Google tools.
- Fluent in english verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
