Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Food Beverage Manager at the Royal Tulip Springhill Resort Jimbaran. The role involves overseeing food service operations, managing food & beverage offerings, ensuring customer service excellence, providing training to staff, and handling budgeting responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role as a Assistant Food Beverage Manager
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Creative and innovative approach to food preparation and presentation
- Flexibility and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in the same role (hospitality industry is a plus)
- Able to join immediately
- Indonesian Citizen
