  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Objective:

  • To ensure effective manpower utilization, adequate distribution of experience level, and efficient usage of resources for timely delivery of projects to the customer
  • Ensure projects are completed within budget
  • Address and resolve customer feedback and requests in a timely fashion

Qualifications:

  • Hold minimum bachelor degree's (S1) from Aerospace Engineering
  • Has aerospace industry experience around 1-2 years, if has experience as PPC will be more preferable
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft office products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of aircraft records requirements and procedures
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
  • Willing to work in Pondok Cabe Airport, Tangerang Selatan

Responsibilities:

  • Provide estimates for maintenance/ modification cost for overall project costing.
  • Ensure suitable spares and tools are available to carry out planned maintenance or modification.
  • Preparation of project Gantt charts
  • Preparation & Issuance of aircraft work packs.
  • Conduct meetings for project coordination with relevant departments to resolve project issues.
  • Monitoring progress of the works and providing reports as necessary to customers as required.
  • Monitoring material and manhour consumption for project
  • Ensure project completion according to the plan and KPIs.
  • Co-ordinate with relevant departments to resolve post-delivery issues and warranty claims.
  • Ensures continued competitiveness and improvement of existing processes.
  • Performs a wide range of clerical and administrative duties related to aircraft maintenance
  • To perform any other duties as delegated by the supervisor
