Jr. Financial Planning and Analysis

As a Junior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst, you will assist in the financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities of the company. This role is crucial in providing financial insights and supporting the strategic planning process by helping to prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses. You will work closely with various departments to gather and analyze financial data, contributing to the company's overall financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company objectives.
• Financial Analysis: Perform variance analysis by comparing actual results to budgets/forecasts, and investigate discrepancies. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Reporting: Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including management reports and presentations for senior management.
• Data Management: Gather, organize, and analyze financial data from various sources. Maintain financial models and databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with different departments (e.g., accounting, operations, sales) to gather information and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: Assist with special projects and ad hoc analysis as required, including scenario planning, financial modeling, and profitability analysis.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
