Responsibilities:

  • Support administration of project list management (including the documentation of files, emails, etc.)
  • Updating/compiling project cost including follow up to user for forecast project
  • Maintain ACR, Progress Report and Post Implementing Report listing including remind its due date to user
  • Prepare actual expense project (General Ledger) by monthly basis
  • Handle user regarding Coupa question including upload budget, upload, transfer and adjust budget in Coupa
  • Create new Dept and project in Coupa, request both to COE & Accounting regular & adhoc and create new budget line in Coupa


Requirements:

  • Final year student or fresh graduate from Accounting, Economics, Management, or any relevant major
  • Willing to do hybrid working arrangement (3x a week) in South Jakarta
  • Committed to do 6 months internship period
  • Good attention to number detail
  • Good in English and daily business communications
  • Willing to learn, be proactive, open to inputs, and able to communicate updates to the team in timely manner
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadline, and is persevere
  • Understand basic functions of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Project Management is a plus
