Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a People Operations, HR Coordinator, or HR Specialist role.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with HRIS systems; familiarity with Slack and Talenta
  • Excellent communication skills and a people-first approach.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
