Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a People Operations, HR Coordinator, or HR Specialist role.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with HRIS systems; familiarity with Slack and Talenta
- Excellent communication skills and a people-first approach.
- High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
