  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

We are HIRING: Functional ERP NetSuite & Functional CRM Consultant

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field such as Operation and Commercial Management, Accounting, or computer science with min. GPA 3.2
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply, preferably having 1-year experience or more in the implementation of any ERP system or CRM system
  • Good interpersonal skill, and ability to work independently and in a team
  • Ability to manage time effectively, excellent communication through various channels
  • Familiar with project management methodologies such as SDLC, waterfall, and agile of software development
  • Familiar with IT products: SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS
  • Familiar with project management tools and workspace: jira, click up, sheet, slack, WhatsApp, google: slide, docs, spreadsheet
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high curiosity and passion for learning
  • Experience with a specific industry, software, or technology
  • Business operation and IT Background would be an added advantage
  • Fluent in English.

Job Descriptions:

Planning and Requirement

  • Gather requirements and act as meeting leader with clients to understand their business needs and goals of the project
  • Analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement regarding system automation development including integration scenarios in the context of building and implementing an effective and efficient ERP or CRM solution
  • Together with the project management team to build reliable project planning

Development:

  • Designing and configuring ERP or CRM System solutions at the functional level to meet client requirements
  • Coordinate with Technical Consultants for customization and integration solutions
  • Coordinate with Project Manager for project progress, Issues, and timeline

Testing and Deployment

  • Testing and implementing solutions deployed, integration, and configuration outputs according to the testing document
  • Providing training and support to clients

Documentation

  • Create and update project documentation such as Business process design, solution discovery report, Functional Design Document, Test script, User Acceptance Test, User Manual, MoM, project updates, issue and risk log, mockup design, UML, ERD, DFD, etc.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Working together as a team with all project stakeholders
