Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations to promote the company’s products/services.
  • Manage negotiations and draft contracts with clients.
  • Regularly report sales results and business development activities to management.
  • Looking for partners according to company needs also processing and onboarding partners for employee loan products

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience as Business Development Manager or Sales Manager for 3 years, preferably in the Fintech and Banking industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel for business when necessary.
