Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the finance department in various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and maintain financial documents such as invoices, bills, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in accounting roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
