Customer Engagement Strategist will create content for all communication channel based on the audience and segmentation. This candidate will also create strategy for customer acquisition & retention, and ensure that every campaign & promo is published and delivered.
Job Responsibilities :
- Monitoring, maintaining, and creating content for all communication channel (email, push notification, inbox promo, whatsapp, etc)
- Defining the right audience and segmentation for every communication Implement lifecycle automation program through CRM tools
- Plan and update the campaign communications calendar
- Ensuring that every campaign and promo is published and delivered
- Creating strategy for customer acquisition and retention
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Communication, Marketing, or equivalent experience
- At least 1 year of CRM experience, preferably within e-commerce industry
- Good knowledge of basic HTML & CRM tools will be an advantage
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with a strict deadline
- Have a good communication skill
- Strong desire to learn something new and think outside the box
