We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team and support various HR functions to improve employee well-being and efficiency.
Job Summary:
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for handling various aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, employee administration, training, performance management, and Compensation & Benefit. This position requires good multitasking ability, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Placement:
Manage the recruitment process, from writing job descriptions to interviews and job offers.
Work closely with department managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Employee Administration:
Handle employee administration including employee data processing, record maintenance, and employment contract management.
Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
Development and Training:
Develop and implement training programs for employee skills development and performance improvement.
Provide support in the orientation and integration process of new employees.
Performance Management and Employee Relations:
Support the performance management process including performance appraisals and development of performance improvement plans.
Handle employee relations issues, including resolution of workplace disputes and conflicts.
Compensation & Benefit
Handle employee payroll including BPJS program, overtime.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in HR, with good knowledge of various HR functions.
