  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Hue Coffee is a cozy cafe located in the West of Surabaya, serving freshly brewed coffee with a range of local and international dishes. We pride ourselves on providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for our customers to enjoy quality food and beverages. We are currently expanding and we are currently seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Human Resource and General Affairs Officer.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related information and support.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops.
  • Support performance management processes, including evaluations and disciplinary procedures.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed
  • Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with local laws and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least one year of relevant work experience. Experience in Food and Beverage is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
