  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner at MEDIVET Pet Hospital in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Business Partner will be responsible for HR policies, employee relations, labor and employment law compliance, and performance management. Looking for a candidate in mid-senior level with 4+ years of work experience in a similar role.

Qualifications

  • HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) knowledge
  • Experience in managing employee recruitment, relations, payroll, and performance review
  • Experience in using HRIS software or system to manage employee data and HR admin tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google workapace tools a must
  • Strong grasp of labor and employment law in Indonesia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Experience in handling company size upwards of 100+ preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
