  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Transforming over 100 hectares of land in BSD City, Sinar Mitbana Mas focuses on creating integrated Transit-Oriented Developments (TODs) with residential units, commercial properties, living amenities, and public transport nodes.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Dept. Head at PT Sinar Mitbana Mas located in Tangerang. The Construction Dept. Head will manage all aspects of the project in accordance with agreed delivery criteria, policies, management plans and constraints.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Architect
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in project management or related field.
  • Certification of Project Management Professional (PMP) will be an added advantage.
  • Have experience to complete one project management lifecycle in real estate industry.
  • Familiar with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Analytical skill.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Willing to work at BSD City.
