Our affiliate company is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Lead to join our team. As a Service Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing service department, handling customer service interaction reports, client intelligence report and recommending improvement processes. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as strong knowledge in iGaming industry and its regulation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communication with customer and onboarding procedures;
  • Work closely with the IT and Creative team members to bring engaging user experiences to life and help create optimal customer experiences;
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among departments involved in the project;
  • Assist in writing business requirements documents/tickets;
  • Assist in product testing;
  • Monitor and analyze service metrics agreement of internal and external vendors;
  • Develop and recommends strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention;
  • Assist in global competitor analysis and user research.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Preferably with at least 3 years of relevant experience - Service Management, Product Management, Project Management, Customer Service
  • Business Management/IT related majors is preferred but not necessary.
  • Preferably with experience in iGaming, Crypto industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
