  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as Head of Human Resources at one of our clients in the engineering construction industry located at Jakarta. As the Head of HR, you will be responsible for overseeing HR management for Indonesia office (will have possibility to handle other countries communication), implementing labor and employment law practices, developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimal a Bachelor Degree graduated from related major.
  • 7 years and more experience as Human Resources in the manufacturing or construction industry background
  • Has experience in multinational company, working with expats
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
  • Experience in developing HR policies and strategy
  • Ability to work collaboratively and strategically
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
