Key Responsibilities:
Human Resource Management:
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes to meet workforce needs at the factory.
- Manage employee administration, including attendance, leave, and employment contracts.
- Organize and implement new employee orientation programs.
- Assist in employee development through training, performance evaluations, and competency data management.
Industrial Relations:
- Maintain harmonious relationships between management and employees, including handling employee grievances and labor-related issues.
- Communicate with labor unions (if applicable) regarding collective labor agreements and employee rights.
General Affairs Management:
- Oversee office facilities, asset maintenance, and procurement of operational needs (office supplies, pantry, etc.).
- Manage legal permits and documents related to company operations.
- Supervise cleanliness, safety, and health in the workplace (K3).
Compliance and Administration:
- Ensure all HRGA activities comply with labor regulations and company standards.
- Prepare and manage monthly reports related to HR, administration, and operational costs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HRGA, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and industrial relations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Willing to be placed in West Java.
