We’re hiring! We are looking for a Human Resources Executive to join our People Operations team based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The role will performs administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions; duties will include, but not limited to, General Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Legal Documentation, Government & Association Relations, etc.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources function as needed (e.g. correspondence generation, record keeping, HRIS entry once implemented).
  • Maintain and update employee personnel files.
  • Document and maintain end to end processes for all WFA procedures.
  • Collect education and professional certifications for verification as per Compliance requirements.
  • Track renewal work pass requirements and due dates.
  • Provide advisory on work pass processes and requirements information.
  • Collect documentation for payroll, tax, pension and other social security documentation for payroll setup.
  • Collect/Receive onboarding documentation from Talent Acquisition/3rd party agency/ HR Connect/Candidate/Employee
  • Collect/Receive offboarding documentation from HR Connect / Employee / Manager
  • HR Communications - for example - leave/claims closure, tax filling, public holiday office closure
  • Internal report requests (leave balances/entitlements, local benefits entitlements, work pass categories for immigration tracking, discrepancy report data (checking personal details, dependents, cost centers, bank details)
  • To maintain a good and professional working cooperation within internal and external relations (government/association officers, agent, local authorities, vendor, etc) with priority on client satisfaction.
  • Sharing knowledge between colleagues for a positive colleague experience
  • Be responsible for the in-country People Operations activities in compliance with HR policies, local workforce laws, and regulations.

Role Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar Human Resources Executive function
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table)
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
