Job Purpose:
Joining Minor Food Group as a Supply Chain Manager for Dairy Queen, Gaga and any other brands Minor Food Group Indonesia (MFGI) decides to bring into Indonesia. This role presents a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the expansion and growth of the company's operations in a new market. You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end processes involving sourcing, warehousing, and delivering of food and non-food items to our stores.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support the expansion of Dairy Queen, GAGA stores in Indonesia.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of food and non-food items.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality standards and delivery schedules.
- Manage inventory levels and optimize warehousing and distribution processes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including store managers, operations teams, and finance departments, to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to food safety, quality control, and logistics.
- Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and best practices in supply chain management, and implement relevant innovations and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Proven track record of success in managing end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of supply chain professionals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and supply chain management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Indonesian.
