Minor Food is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager Supply Chain in Indonesia who is eager to contribute to the growth of our business and aspiring to join a leading global F&B player

Job Purpose:

Joining Minor Food Group as a Supply Chain Manager for Dairy Queen, Gaga and any other brands Minor Food Group Indonesia (MFGI) decides to bring into Indonesia. This role presents a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the expansion and growth of the company's operations in a new market. You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end processes involving sourcing, warehousing, and delivering of food and non-food items to our stores.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support the expansion of Dairy Queen, GAGA stores in Indonesia.
  2. Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of food and non-food items.
  3. Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality standards and delivery schedules.
  4. Manage inventory levels and optimize warehousing and distribution processes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  5. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including store managers, operations teams, and finance departments, to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  6. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to food safety, quality control, and logistics.
  8. Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve departmental goals.
  9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and best practices in supply chain management, and implement relevant innovations and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of supply chain professionals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and supply chain management software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Indonesian.
