Location : Sudirman, Jakarta

PT. Hanwa Indonesia (Export & Import Trading Company in Steel, Food, Energy & Material Industry) is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Staff to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, verify, and report on monthly stock take across all warehouses.

• Manage shipments, deliveries, and ensure accurate documentation.

• Follow up on vendor invoicing and verify freight costs

• Summarize packing lists and coordinate shipment accuracy.

• Monitor stock updates and ensure warehouse operations align with documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proficiency in English.

• 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a similar role.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven problem-solving ability.
