About the Role:

MDT Property Group is seeking ambitious real estate professionals who are ready to take the next step in their careers. This role offers the chance to progress from an agent to a team leader, with dedicated training and mentoring aimed at helping you manage and lead your own team of agents in one of our offices. The team leader will be responsible for ensuring the office meets its sales targets and will receive both a salary and a percentage of the office's earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Mentoring:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of agents to meet and exceed their sales goals.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations within the office, ensuring that sales targets are met.
  • Provide ongoing training and development to your team to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients.
  • Understand clients’ needs and preferences to offer personalized property solutions.
  • Provide outstanding customer service throughout the transaction process.

Market Analysis and Research:

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to stay informed on trends, property values, and competitive dynamics.
  • Use data analytics tools (e.g., Air DNA) to advise clients on pricing strategies and investment opportunities.

Property Listings and Marketing:

  • Craft compelling property listings with engaging descriptions and high-quality imagery.
  • Utilize social media and digital marketing platforms to promote listings and generate interest.
  • Host open houses and property viewings to showcase listings to potential buyers.

Negotiation and Transaction Management:

  • Negotiate favorable terms between buyers and sellers.
  • Prepare and review contracts and other legal documents.
  • Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions.

Technology Utilization:

  • Leverage CRM systems and real estate software to manage leads and transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest real estate technology trends and tools.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the sales manager and other in-house brokers to optimize strategies and share insights.
  • Work as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional service.
  • Contribute to a supportive and motivating team culture.

Compensation:

  • Salary plus a percentage of the office's earnings based on performance.

Requirements:

  • Must be residing in Bali with strong English language skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate industry.
