Key Responsibilities

· Conduct thorough analyses of the current organizational structure in all department (Operations, HR, and FAT department) across Karanganyar and Semarang to identify areas for improvement

· Assess strengths and weaknesses to develop targeted strategies for improvement

· Develop comprehensive development strategies to enhance employee skills, productivity, and efficiency in all departments

· Implement change management plans to support these strategies and drive organizational change

· Work closely with HOD and other key stakeholders to promote a positive organizational culture and enhance talent development initiatives

· Provide advice to managers on organizational performance and development

· Explore and implement digital tools and e-signature solutions to streamline operational and documentation processes in all departments

· Enhance efficiency in documentation and approvals

· Facilitate and implement training programs focused on upskilling employees in the all departments

· Ensure training aligns with organizational goals and addresses department-specific needs

· Conduct evaluations to assess the effectiveness of development programs and other initiatives in all departments

· Establish KPIs for tracking progress and adjusting strategies based on results

· Develop and implement change management plans within all departments, ensuring smooth transitions during restructuring or other initiatives

· Facilitate clear communication about the changes

· Lead organizational development projects aimed at optimizing personnel utilization and improving cross-functional collaboration in all departments

· Document all organizational development initiatives, processes, and progress

· Prepare and present reports to executives and managers on the impact of development strategies in all departments

· Diagnose potential problem areas within Operations, HR, and FAT, and recommend systems for improvement

· Develop performance metrics that align with organizational goals to drive continuous improvement in these departments

Requirements

· Minimum education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Organizational Development or a related field is preferred

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development, HR, or related fields, with specific experience working with manufacturing companies in Operations, HR, and FAT departments

· Proficiency in HR management systems (HRMS), knowledge of organizational development tools, and familiarity with digital transformation initiatives (e.g., e-signature tools, digital workflows)

· Strong leadership and communication skills, proven problem-solving abilities, adept at teamwork and project management. Ability to manage cross-functional teams across department

· Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia. English proficiency (both written and spoken) is a plus, especially for liaising with external vendors, consultants, and top management

· None required certifications, but certifications in Change Management, Human Resource Development, or Leadership Coaching are considered an advantage

· Willing to travel between Karanganyar and Semarang offices as needed. Flexibility to work overtime and manage multiple projects simultaneously
