Job Description
- Finding and selecting the best initiative to support the overall payment channel ecosystem in the SEA Group platform
- Handle and manage the commercial agreement, strategic business, and complaint handling for the payment channel in SEA Group
- Being the main point of contact to all payment channel partners to ensure all payment business and operational is well-coordinated, both with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and handle the strategic business and oversee all payment initiatives to be aligned with the provisions of the Indonesian regulators.
- Measure and report the payment performances, share the insight and assess against goals.
- Deep dive and solve key issues to support the product/operational team and make sure to serve the best payment journey for customers.
- Work closely with various teams to ensure smooth and effective collaboration (i.e marketing program)
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Highly motivated, team player, and target-driven individual
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, proactive and driven both in English and Bahasa
- 2-3 years of working experience in business development/partnership or related field. Experiences in the bank industry, financial technology, or payment gateway/processing field are a plus.
