Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals & corporate.
  • Lead performance management systems and employee evaluation processes to drive high-performance
  • Lead hiring to speed up fulfill the manpower planning

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Human Resources/Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university
  • Minimum of 7-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role
  • Experienced in the manufacturing industry is preferable
  • Proven ability to lead and develop HR teams
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and regulatory compliance
  • Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
