Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals & corporate.
- Lead performance management systems and employee evaluation processes to drive high-performance
- Lead hiring to speed up fulfill the manpower planning
- Develop recruitment processes and methods that are effective and efficient, right on target, right on cost, and on time
- Develop and manage training programs that support employee growth and skill development
- Ensure company HR policies are compliant with legal requirements and best practices
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Human Resources/Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university
- Minimum of 7-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role
- Experienced in the manufacturing industry is preferable
- Proven ability to lead and develop HR teams
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and regulatory compliance
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- willing to located in Tangerang area
