Assistant Sales Manager (Automotive Aftermarket)

What will you be doing?

• Direct all operational aspects including sales, distribution operations, and administration.
• Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed.
• Assess market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
• Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.
• Meet goals and metrics.
• Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately.
• Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
• Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.

What do we look for?

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) as Sales Supervisor (Handle Automotive Aftermarket Product).
• Accustomed to handling customers from dealers, workshops, etc.
• Ability to meet sales targets and productivity goals.
• Familiarity with Automotive Aftermarket Product.
• Results driven and customer focused.
• Leadership and human resources management skills.
• Required Skill(s): Leadership skill, Negotiation Skill, Communication Skill.
