Position description:
As a Sr. Partnership Manager you will be responsible for forming strategic partnerships, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
This role requires an understanding of capital markets (crypto and equities), excellent networking skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective business development strategies.
The role is based in either Singapore or Indonesia (Jakarta)
What you will be doing:
- Lead and manage the partnerships team, monitor and analyze business development metrics, and regularly report findings to senior management.
- Identify and assess potential partners and customer opportunities, building a sustainable ecosystem by partnering with projects, developers, and institutions that support growth expansion.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to meet company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales, to launch new products and services.
- Actively engage in community events, conferences, and meetups to promote the brand and its solutions.
What you need to be successful for this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field;
- Over 8 years of experience in partnership / business development and sales
- Understanding of crypto technologies and an established crypto network
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Preferred candidates will have a robust network of resources and connections
