Job Description
- Responsible for Jabodetabek and surrounding area.
- Handling and interpreting Distributor & Shops requirements and needs.
- Developing long-term relationships with Distributor & Shops.
- Persuading Distributor & Shops that product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery.
- Fulfilling sales target that had been set by Company.
- Have the ability to collaborate with related departments within the Company, to achieve the target.
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance, product education, and after-sales support services.
- Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and marketing events to the Distributor.
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Technical Engineering (more preferable Civil or Architecture).
- At Least 2 years experience, preferably from building materials or related industry.
- Self-motivated and driven to exceed targets while effectively managing time and priorities.
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in delivering engaging presentations.
- Willingness to travel beyond the Jabodetabek area.
- Dynamic, aggressive and enterprising personality with ability to thrive under pressure.
- Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
- Have a valid Driving License (SIM A).
