  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

Conduct interactive mentorship sessions on optimizing work productivity using AI tools, covering topics such as:

  • Introduction to AI for Work Productivity: Explore the basics of AI and its impact on enhancing work efficiency
  • Maximizing Copywriting with AI: Teach participants how to use AI to improve content creation and copywriting tasks
  • Automating Formal and Informal Correspondence: Guide mentees in using AI tools to draft and manage both formal and informal communication
  • Creating Work Reports with AI Assistance: Show how AI can streamline the creation, editing, and formatting of professional reports
  • Summarizing Meeting Notes with AI: Demonstrate the use of AI to capture and summarize key points from meetings
  • Case Studies on AI in Work Productivity: Present real-world examples of AI implementations that enhance productivity

Requirements:
  • Experience in using AI tools for productivity, automation, and content creation
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Slides, ChatGPT/Gemini, Grammarly, and Google Workspace
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to teach complex concepts in a clear, engaging manner
  • Previous experience in mentoring, coaching, or training individuals in a professional setting
